Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (ready-made products)

Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the delivery of the last item in the order, without the need to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your personal area at zampinecreative.com/account, select the order, and click "Request return." Alternatively, you can contact us via email at zampinecreative@gmail.com.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. The refund is processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

2. Commissioned / personalized products

Products made to measure or commissioned (e.g., custom plushies, items created upon specific customer request) are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 59, letter c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as they are goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

For these products, returns are accepted exclusively in case of defects or non-conformity with what was ordered. In such cases:

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Zampine Creative Pets & Plushies
  • Refunds or replacements are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the defective item
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery, attaching photos of the defect

3. General conditions for returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for products damaged due to improper use.
